The company established a SSI – Unit as Proprietorship concern for manufacturing and trading rubber & plastic items.
The company commenced its operation in the year 2000 at 1929/3 ,New Rajeev Nagar Gurgaon. As this area is residential area and the space was constraint for the expansion of the business ,the unit has been allotted an industrial plot in sector 37 , pace city 1 gurgaon .After construction of new building the unit shifts in the new premises in the year 2007. The unit is supplying rubber and plastic items to various automobile, electrical & electronic engineering industries.
The company is headed by a technocrat having prior working experience in industry of about 20 yrs at various positions.
The independent functions of inspection, production & tools are looked after by respective persons in charge. At the grass root levels machine operations are done by trained operators.
The company has obtained CACT approval certificate with a view to supply OEM customers of telecom industries.
The company is mainly involved in manufacturing of rubber parts for electronic & automobile industries.
Manufacturing & Inspection Facilties
The company has own vulcanizing plant (mixing mill) with moulding presses & also have well furnished test laboratory equipped with required equipment/chemicals for incoming & outgoing inspection & testing.
